Delivery of your Order

Once your order has been processed you will be contacted by our warehouse team to coordinate your delivery. We do not offer a pick-up service as we want your order to be delivered safely and in good condition. Fibonacci Stone will cover the insurance of your order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. As per industry standard, our Large Format Slabs will require collection by a stonemason with an A-Frame from our Melbourne warehouse.

Depending on your location, deliveries will be between 10-14 business days for items that are in stock. Any urgent orders may attract a ‘Priority Delivery Fee’. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer and our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Express service and your order can be delivered within 7 days, additional charges apply.

Delivery Information

The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a PO Box or Freight Forwarding Location. We also need the contact details of the person our warehouse team will coordinate the delivery with. Deliveries are made by a professional independent transport company using a large truck and forklift. Delivery will occur between 7am and 5pm Monday – Friday and we are unable to provide an exact time or call prior to delivery.

Access is important so please ensure you have the appropriate site access to accommodate a large truck and forklift. Unsuccessful deliveries will incur a Re-Delivery charge.

Before we can dispatch your order, the order must be paid in full no later than 14 days before delivery. Bookings with transport company will not be made until full payment is received.

Receiving Your Delivery

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a project manager or site manager) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Fibonacci Stone and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

It is important to inspect the tiles thoroughly when received and/or prior to installation.

Check your delivery for signs of damage to crates that may have occurred during transit and advise both the delivery driver and Fibonacci Stone of any higher than normal damage.

Fibonacci Stone will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our warehouse and arrange for a replacement of the goods to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Storage

We want your tiles to be in the best condition when installed so please protect the tiles during storage.

Store tiles in a dry secure warehouse away from weather.

  • Do not store tiles in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.
  • Do not stack pallets.
  • Protect tiles/pallets from rain or wet conditions.
  • Protect from high levels of dust.
